“I want to thank Diane and her team for all the respect they gave me during my bankruptcy! I felt horrible I could not manage it myself, but they made me feel that I did what I could do and I needed their help desperately. I was under a tight time limit of two weeks to stop social security and they made it happen. They were supportive, answered all my dumb questions and they gave great advice...”

Kelly

Alexander H., DUI And DWI Attorney

“I have referred clients to Diane Anderson for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy as well as family law matters. She is highly competent, professional, caring and thorough in her representations and is an asset to our practice and community.”

Kevan S., Social Security Attorney

“I endorse this lawyer’s work. Diane and I worked together on a custody case wherein she represented the minor child and I represented one of the parents. Although Diane is relatively new to the legal profession, her experiences in the “real” world and as a parent give her a welcome depth of perspective unusual for new attorneys. Diane worked energetically, creatively, and timely to bring about a well-reasoned resolution of a difficult matter.”

What Makes Attorney Diane Anderson Uniquely Qualified To Represent You?

Much like her clients, attorney Diane Anderson understands how frightening it can seem when faced with a legal issue. Ms. Anderson lost her mother in a plane crash at a young age and found herself navigating the estate and probate termination process. She has been through a divorce and, when she was married, filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. After her divorce, she finished her MBA and went to law school. In 2006, she established The Law Office of Diane Anderson instead of joining a firm so that she could support her two children.

Attorney Anderson understands hard work and facing fears in legal situations. These experiences have given her the compassion she needs to empathetically serve her clients. She was director of the Amador County Chamber of Commerce and the President of the Amador County Bar Association up until 2012. She is passionate about education and giving her clients the power of knowledge so that they may be better equipped to make decisions about their futures.
