What Makes Our Bankruptcy Law Firm Different?

My focus right now is on bankruptcy because I believe that is where people need the most help. I would like to grow my wills and trust practice because I believe I’m giving people a beneficial product.

I established my firm right after I found out I passed the bar. This is my third career and I believe I bring a great deal of life experience with me into my practice and to my clients.

Example cases

The buyers sued my clients, the previous owner of the home, for fraud, negligence, and breach of contract, seeking $75,000 in damages. I won this arbitration case and we were awarded attorney fees.

I also represented a man whose wife was trying to get a restraining order on him. Typically, judges grant restraining orders, but I was able to put on a case and show the judge that there was not a domestic violence issue and that the wife had just wanted to have the husband’s guns taken away from him because she knew that he competitively shot and because she wanted to punish him. I won, and she did not get the restraining order.
